About The Role
Youth and Young Adults Minister, St Gabriel’s Cricklewood.
St Gabriel’s is looking to appoint the right person to a significant role in our growing staff team. The PCC will also aim to provide a housing support allowance either in the form of reduced rent accommodation or lodgings with a member of the congregation. In the event that neither or those options are available or appropriate, a supplement covering approximately 50% of the market rental equivalent will be considered. This allowance is subject to FTE adjustment if appropriate.
The role will include (but is not limited to) development and organisation of Youth provision, including Midweek Youth nights, Sunday morning group and special events, volunteer recruitment and development. Gathering Youth and Young Adults to build community and explore worship together as well as intergenerational work connecting these and other projects with the full worshipping life of the church. Collaboration and support for other local churches in partnership with the wider diocesan vision.
Full time hours are 40 a week, but we would consider appointing part-time for the right candidate.
