The electoral roll is your parish's register of electors who can vote you can vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and stand for election to the PCC.
The Electoral Roll should be revised annually. Following the new Church Representation Rules, names no longer need to be removed from the roll during the course of the year; this only happens at the annual revision. Names can continue to be added to the Electoral Roll throughout the year.
Every sixth year the preparation of new church electoral rolls takes place, which means that everyone must come off the roll and re-apply. This will be happening in 2025.
In the following years, i.e. in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030, the usual annual revision of the electoral rolls will take place.
