Cultivate helps employed workers develop a healthy foundation of practices, so they can thrive and have a greater impact on the community they serve.
Cultivate combines coaching, self-paced learning, and group reflection to help participants develop essential skills and knowledge as they work.
The next cohort will undertake a six-week intensive programme, starting on 28 January 2025.
Participants will:
- Explore key topics such as vision and strategy, thriving in a church context, reflective practice, managing teams, safeguarding, spirituality & faith formation, and wellbeing.
- Attend six group learning days, with reflective practice in the morning and instructional input in the afternoon (28 January / 4 February / 11 February / 25 February / 4 March / 11 March)
- Complete four self-guided modules, with approximately 1 hour of video-based learning and reflection.
- Receive six coaching sessions that begin after the conclusion of the group learning day, to implement learning and sustainable practices.
