About The Role

Do you have a passion to see young people thrive in the love of God? We want to hear from you!

Youth Ministry in Communion (YMIC) was established in 2021 and has since been pioneering collaborative and sacramental youth ministry. The network exists to support churches in developing vibrant and sustainable youth ministry, while also contributing resources, learning, and models of ministry that can serve the wider Church nationally.

We are currently recruiting for a Network Youth Worker position at All Saints Fulham (SW6) and are looking for people with a genuine passion for working with young people aged 11–18 and helping them encounter the love of God through intentional local and collaborative youth ministry. Your primary focus will be supporting and developing the existing provision throughout the week at All Saints, including supporting the weekly Family Service in the parish. Alongside parish-based ministry, you will also contribute to the wider life of the network through termly youth events, other gatherings, and residentials.

Become a part of our story as a Network Youth Worker and enable us to continue reaching over 400 young people in West London.

The Diocese of London is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults through the use of the Safer Recruitment practice guidance. This role is subject to acceptable pre-appointment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check.

Equal Opportunities

The Diocese of London is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce which represents our context and wider community. We are aware that those of Global Majority Heritage/United Kingdom Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME) and disabled people are currently under-represented among our clergy and workforce, and we particularly encourage applications from those with the relevant skills and experience that will increase this representation.
