About The Role
The Parish of Brentford is a growing, community-orientated Church of England parish in West London, with two churches: St Paul’s and St Faith’s. We are a charismatic open-evangelical parish with a strong emphasis on worship, preaching and mission, and our vision is ‘Building community where people meet Jesus’. Having experienced significant growth over the past eight years, we are now entering an exciting new phase focused on developing St Faith’s as a new congregation in the north of Brentford. Could you be our next Associate?
To assist in this, the Associate Priest will:
Take a leading role in developing St Faith’s as a growing congregation.
Help us continue to grow as a parish by developing a discipleship course, encouraging our corporate prayer life, and strengthening our home groups and volunteer teams.
Join a committed and collaborative staff team.
Share in our vision to build community where people meet Jesus.
The Diocese of London is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults through the use of the Safer Recruitment practice guidance. This role is subject to acceptable pre-appointment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check.

Equal Opportunities
The Diocese of London is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce which represents our context and wider community. We are aware that those of Global Majority Heritage/United Kingdom Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME), women, and disabled people are currently under-represented among our clergy and workforce, and we particularly encourage applications from those with the relevant skills and experience that will increase this representation.
