About The Role

St Peter De Beauvoir Town, Hackney, is seeking a Parish Administrator to support the smooth running of the church and its building. This varied role sits at the centre of parish life, serving as the first point of contact for enquiries, overseeing bookings and hires, supporting church events and worship, maintaining records and administrative systems, and helping to ensure that the church building is safe, welcoming and well maintained.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, personable and proactive, with the ability to manage a range of administrative, operational and public-facing responsibilities. Working closely with the Vicar, staff, volunteers and contractors, they will support the ministry of the church while helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of its activities and facilities.
