About The Role
All Hallows Bow sits at the heart of a diverse community in Tower Hamlets. It has a strong missional culture of making disciples from diverse and underrepresented groups. It has done
this in incredibly creative ways, building its own café AHABA from scratch, launching a recovery ministry, reimagining the Fern Street Community Centre, running Alpha courses and developing its own discipleship toolkit. It is a committed congregation of missionary disciples, looking for a priest who shares this vision and can lead them into the next phase of their ministry and mission. We are looking for someone who is:
+ Committed to congregational development and new mission opportunities.
+ Experienced in helping individuals and groups grow in their faith.
+ Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider community.
+ Confident pastor, who brings alive God’s word to disciple our diverse community with truth and grace.
+ Passionate about seeing the Spirit at work, rooted in prayer.
+ An effective manager, able to identify and develop the gifts of our members.
