What previous participants have said about the course:

The course has had quite a significant effect on my overall well being … The areas in which it has specifically impacted is on spreading the ministry load and being sustained and equipped for the breath of parish ministry. I feel this course has invaluable content in discipling believers helping them live the abundant life that Christ offered, putting that into practice however isn’t quite so easy. (Jill Gooding, SSM Curate, Holy Trinity Aldershot)

… it equips and sustains us for the breadth of parish ministry. At its heart, this is a discipleship journey – out of discipleship flows shared leadership, the empowerment of others, and healthier ways of sharing the Gospel. The course deepens our understanding of who we are and what we are called to be and do. Loving well – God, self, and others – is central to the Gospel and to emotionally healthy leadership. (Patrick Bateman, Vicar, Holy Trinity Claygate)

Both the EH Spirituality and the EH Relationships course have been revolutionary: with regard to the latter, the Ladder of Integrity has proved a fantastic resource in checking out our feelings, thinking and values in situations where we have felt anxious or stressed about interactions with people that might have escalated to a conflict situation. It helped us to frame our thoughts clearly and plan our responses, in very varied situations, leading to much better outcomes than we had ever expected. Praise God!  (UK Church Leader)
