This practical session will deal with legal issues which arise in parochial life including the organisation and smooth running of APCMs and PCCs (including renewal of electoral rolls), and other legal issues including health and safety, employment law, GDPR and safeguarding. It will be delivered online via Zoom by Stuart Jones, Registrar of the Diocese of London and Stephen Coleman, Priest-in-Charge of the Grosvenor Chapel.
