The race, now celebrating its fifth anniversary, saw almost 300 volunteers start the race in Hale Village, then running laps of Tottenham Marshes before crossing the finish line back in the Village.
The race was organised by St Francis at the Engine Room and their longstanding partner the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation. The event was supported by a great number of local businesses, and this year they managed to fundraise a record-breaking £9,000 for the local community.
Andrew Johnston, Operations Director at The Engine Room, said;
“In our fifth year, St Francis at The Engine Room has developed a high quality running event the Tottenham Ten, with the support of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and a range of local businesses. Sponsorship from the Canal and River Trust enables us to offer free places to runners aged 16-21. This year almost 300 runners registered in total and we are expecting the success of the event to grow again next year raising vital funds for our community work in Tottenham. As a Spurs fan I was delighted that Spurs legend Ossie Ardiles joined us for the morning. Look out for the 2025 event on www.letsdothis.com. We’d love to see you in Tottenham!”
