On 10-12 September the Annual Conference of the Diocesan Advisory Committees (DAC) took place in London hosted by the Diocese of London and the Church of England’s Cathedrals and Church Buildings department.

The theme of the conference was ‘Regeneration and Sustainability through Enhanced Use supported by Funding’ and focused on various topics including heritage at risk, racial justice, and the importance of monuments in cultural history.

The event was hosted in various City and central London churches and was attended by over a hundred people, with representatives from 42 dioceses in England. The attendees found the discussions on the Wren 300 program and the Camden Project particularly helpful and inspiring as well as appreciating the opportunity to spend time together, build relationships and learn from one another.
