About The Role
At Hope Church Hounslow we are looking for a Younger Generations Outreach Worker. Through this role you will help in building meaningful relationships with children, young people and families across the local community, particularly within the local housing estates in Hounslow West.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Youth Outreach and Estate Engagement
• Supporting our Youth Ministry
• Schools and Community Partnerships
• Children, Families and Community Engagement
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mission of Hope Church Hounslow, enabling God’s work to flourish through meaningful engagement with children, young people and families across our community.
Other Information:
• 11-month fixed term contract September 2026- July 2027
• 21 Hours per week
