About The Role
We’re recruiting a church administrator to work 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be the first port of call for general enquiries, but you will also offer administrative support to both the Ministry and Operations teams.
Ministry Administration
– Parish registers; occasional office administration; parish returns; special projects support; database administration
Ministry & Office Supplies
– Ordering supplies for services and events; managing supplies for cleaning and office; managing office systems – email, phones, printing
Communications
– Produce regular communications including printed noticesheet, regular emails, and producing weekly video and social media content.
Clergy Support
– Assisting the Vicar and other clergy in ministry team arrangements: booking retreats, diarising birthdays etc.
