What you’ll do:
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
Draft responses and manage official documentation
Maintain accurate records and filing systems in compliance with GDPR
Support clergy appointment processes and safeguarding requirements
Assist with events, newsletters, and website updates
Provide general administrative support across the Bishop’s office

What we’re looking for:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in a busy administrative role
A warm, diplomatic manner and resilience under pressure
Sympathy with the ethos of the Church of England
