The evening will provide an overview of the financial context across the area and outline the planning process towards the 2027 budget. It will also explain the London Ministry Cost and how this informs the Common Fund system, helping PCCs to understand how contributions support ministry across the diocese. There will be an opportunity to explore how the Common Fund is calculated, ask questions, and consider how parishes can plan ahead with confidence as they prepare their Common Fund offers.
