The Revd Sally Jones has been appointed part time as chaplain to the Bishop of Edmonton alongside her current role as Vicar of St Mary Magdalene, Munster Square in the Deanery of Camden.

Mthr Sally will offer pastoral and liturgical support to Bishop Anderson, helping him to better serve the episcopal area. Specifically, Mthr Sally will seek ways to support ordinands, curates, those new to the episcopal area, as well as those who are working within chaplaincies. She will also assist the bishop with resourcing clergy wellbeing and enabling theological reflection around our common life and faith.

Bishop Anderson said, “I am delighted that Mthr Sally has accepted the invitation to be my chaplain. She brings much experience and passion for pastoral ministry. It is my prayer that she will enable me to better serve the Edmonton area with care and love”.

Revd Sally Jones said, “I look forward to working alongside Bishop Anderson, and supporting his ministry to these wonderfully diverse and generous boroughs in London, as collectively, we try to faithfully serve Christ”.

Please do hold Revd Sally Jones and the ministry she will be undertaking in the Edmonton Episcopal Area in your prayers.
