We will open our churches to the wider community

Many churches have existing courses. See what’s available in your parish or in churches around your workplace. These may include Lent courses, ongoing discipleship courses, home groups, and much more. If in doubt, do contact your Area Director of Training and development (ADTD).

St Mellitus College is the Diocese of London’s own theological college. It offers a wide variety of courses from Beginning Theology to undergraduate and postgraduate study.

Pilgrim is a major new teaching and discipleship resource from the Church of England. It aims to help every local church create a place where people can explore the Christian faith together and see how it can be lived out in daily life.

St Edmund the King and Martyr

Lay Ministry is important to the Diocese of London, and this two-year non-accredited course aims to give you a foundational knowledge of key themes in Christianity – and, crucially, how to apply these themes in ministry at your local church.

In the great commission, Jesus calls us to make disciples of all nations by following his way, becoming like him and sharing faith with others. As we build on the progress made during the Ambassadors programme, we seek to encourage and equip one another to grow in confidence as disciples in the everyday places where we live and work.
