Christ Church Fulham is a vibrant and passionate church with a charismatic emphasis on the dynamic activity of the Spirit and a love of the Word of God.

We are looking for a Youth pastor with a gift of evangelism to lead our youth between the ages of 11 and 18, delivering the Friday evening and Sunday morning Youth ministry.

18 months fixed term contract – Full time: 37.5 hours per week, including Fridays and Sundays with varied daytime, evening and weekend work.

Part time will be considered, this will be a minimum of 30 hours per week including Fridays and Sundays with varied daytime, evening and weekend work. Office based in Fulham (with potential for flexibility to be agreed with your line manager).

Salary Band: £30,000 – £32,000 (skill dependant, Part time pro-rated)

The applicant needs to have excellent people skills (both adult and youth); good organisational ability; creative thinking and a passion for youth ministry. You will be expected to consider Christ Church as your home church, and fully accept its values and vision.  For this role of Youth Pastor, it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for you to be a practicing Christian.*
