Worship Pastor, Christ Church Fulham

CCF has entered into an exciting new season under new leadership and is recruiting for a worship pastor who is able to lead vision for worship across everything we do at ChristChurch.

Overseeing Sunday Services is just a part of the busy weekly calendar, you will lead worship at daytime and evening church gatherings, staff meetings, youth and children’s meetings, a Christmas choir, some weddings and funerals and occasionally events and weekends away. You will be at the heart of everything we do. There is an established worship team for you to lead and develop.
Preferably with a professional music qualification, you will have proven musical gifts with experience of leading worship and developing worship teams and as a key part of our staff pastoral team, have solid proven pastoral experience. You will be an inspirational leader with a track record of building teams, as well as being relational, creative, and self-starting. You will be expected to consider ChristChurch as your home church, and fully accept its values and vision. For this role of Worship Pastor, it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for you to be a practicing Christian*.
Full time: 18 months fixed term contract. 5 days per week including Sundays. Part time will be considered, with a minimum of 30 hours per week including Sundays with varied daytime, evening and weekend work. Office based in Fulham (with potential for flexibility to be agreed with your line manager).
Salary Band: £30,000 – £32,000 (Part time pro-rated)
