Riverside is a course designed to help clergy refresh and refocus leadership in ministry. The programme considers the challenges of church leadership within a framework that is shaped by Christ and his Kingdom, as well as drawing on best thinking from wider leadership expertise. St Mellitus offers an MA in Christian Leadership which is open to clergy and laity alike and focuses as much on exercising leadership in the world as in the church. The college also runs a wide range of other courses.

Supporting the Diocese in creating or renewing 100 New Worshipping Communities, the Centre uses a Church Planting Pipeline to identify church planting opportunities and develop them through training, coaching and financial support. The Centre also offers individual consultations for those wanting to plant new churches and help them grow. Additional resources are available online. Church Growth Learning Communities are an important way for church leadership teams to develop and create strategic action plans to equip a church for its next stage of ministry.

Growing Leaders is an accessible and easy-to-lead course which can be used in any parish or ministry setting, whatever the tradition or size. It aims to equip Christians as leaders for service in and beyond the church.
