Come and hear more from Ruth Rice, Founder and CEO of Renew Wellbeing, about the idea of Renew Wellbeing spaces, her story and how it can be a place of restoration for all. Ruth will do a whistlestop guide to setting one up, answer questions and help you think through what it might look like in your context.

If you don’t have one already, you’ll also receive a copy of her “training manual, ”Slow down, shut up and pray”, to take away to help you do just that!

We will also hear from Corin Pilling, Director of Sanctuary Mental Health, outlining some of their great resources around mental health, wellbeing and wholeness that can be used in churches.

AND we are generously hosted by St Marks, Hamilton Terrace in St John’s Wood, venue for the Diocese’s very first Renew Wellbeing space. We’ll hear from Mother Kate Harrison on her story and what led her to set it up, and what she and her church have learnt along the way.

Tea, coffee and light refreshment will be provided.
