Head of Worship & Creative arts, St. Peter’s Harrow
|Contact:|| Rod Green|
At St. Peter’s Harrow worship is our highest priority. We want to glorify God in everything we do. We want to be a church that pursues the presence of God with abandon; that intentionally cultivates environments of encounter and breakthrough that are accessible to everyone; where our hearts are captivated, our imaginations inspired as we live authentic lives shaped by the beauty of God.
St. Peter’s Harrow is a vibrant Anglican church in the heart of Harrow with a vision to be a church large enough to change thousands of lives, create culture and transform society, right across Harrow and North West London. We are part both of the HTB network and the New Wine network. We have recently received funding to become one of six Youth Minsters throughout London. A Youth Minster is a focal point for innovation and excellence in outreach to young people, pioneering fresh expressions of church for young people and resourcing neighbouring churches and youth workers as they seek to grow and develop youth work locally. The Head of Worship and Creative Arts will play a central role establishing the Youth Minster.
St. Peter’s is a growing church and the demands on our teams of worship leaders and musicians are significant. We are looking for an experienced Head of Worship & Creative Arts able to release the congregation into passionate worship; oversee and develop what are already strong teams of gifted musicians; invest in and release worship leaders, identify and nurture new talent, create short films, produce podcasts and oversee social media campaigns. Our Head of Worship & Creative Arts will be a spiritual leader with a prophetic edge, familiar with the supernatural and comfortable with spontaneity. They will be a missional leader, curating worship that is creative, contemporary and at the cutting edge of culture. They will embrace the vision of the church, have a passion for the glory of God, and excellent musical ability.
