About The Role

St Martin’s Church is a community of faith, hope and love in Gospel Oak and Kentish Town. We are a welcoming and inclusive church, attentive to the joys and challenges of our area and walking with God to discern his will for this place. With a rich history and a diverse population, St. Martin’s stands as a beacon of faith and fellowship in the Gospel Oak area.

We are seeking a dynamic leader for St. Martin’s Church. We would love to see a forward-thinking vicar with experience across traditions, who is adept at preaching and teaching and who prioritises youth and family ministry. Inclusive leadership, strong communication, community engagement, warmth and organisational skills are essential. A sense of humour is valued in our vibrant community.

Equal Opportunities

The Diocese of London is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce which represents our context and wider community. We are aware that those of Global Majority Heritage/United Kingdom Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME), women, and disabled people are currently under-represented among our clergy and workforce, and we particularly encourage applications from those with the relevant skills and experience that will increase this representation.
