Registrar’s Office Administrator
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, subject to skills and experience
This new role is part of an investment in additional resources in the Registrar’s office.
The Registrar can be thought of as the ‘lay chief executive’ and you will manage her diary and ensure the pro-active planning of the logistics for the Registrar’s activities. Tasks will include having responsibility for office administration systems both electronic and physical; providing administrative support to the Registrar; arranging meetings; providing telephone and front of office cover for the Registrar’s office and a variety of administration assistance.
The successful candidate will have relevant office experience, excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage a variety of activities running simultaneously. You must also have strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills to be successful in this busy new role.
