Tonight we celebrate a significant moment in the ascent of London from the Roman ruin King Alfred knew to our capital city. On May 9th King John was here at the Temple.

Christmas Message 2014

The nativity plays taking place in so many of our church schools and parishes tell the simple story of how God so loved the world that he was generous and gave himself to us in a vulnerable child. That child points the way to a generosity of spirit which, thank God, I see all around us as this year of Our Lord comes to its end.
