The particular strengths and gifts the parish seeks in its new priest are:
– A good theological and liturgical understanding, coupled with a preaching style that speaks to both head and heart.
– A collaborative leader with the vision, skill and energy to develop and empower our existing ministerial team, administrative staff and volunteers to enable the church to grow.
– An enabler who will cherish our congregations, especially our Junior Church, support our choral worship, as well as bringing experience of attracting young families into the life of the Church.
– A pastor who can work across different ages, backgrounds and needs to bring people closer to God and to each other, and who can reach out proactively to serve those outside the church.

Equal Opportunities

The Diocese of London is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce which represents our context and wider community. We are aware that those of Global Majority Heritage/United Kingdom Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME), women, and disabled people are currently under-represented among our clergy and workforce, and we particularly encourage applications from those with the relevant skills and experience that will increase this representation.
