Advertising for a new Chair and Vice Chair of the Diocesan Finance Committee
We are seeking a new Chair and Vice Chair of the Diocesan Finance Committee from January 2022. These roles will play an important part in helping us to use our resources effectively to support the 2030 vision and help us to do everything we can to support the mission and growth of the church in London.
We want to encourage a wide range of people across the Diocese to consider whether they might have the experience and interest to take on these roles. If you know of someone in your church, or involved with another Anglican church in the Diocese, who might be suited to these positions please do share this link with them.
Below is a Role Description which includes comments on the context of the Diocese of London and the Diocesan Finance Committee, the time commitment, person specification, terms and appointment process. We hope this gives people a good understanding of what is involved but if you would value an informal conversation about either of the positions please contact the current Finance Committee Chair James Normand at email@example.com or Richard Gough, the General Secretary, at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are seeking expressions of interest in the two roles by the close of Friday 10 September 2021. Details of the appointment process are given in the final section of the Role Description.
