Employees will usually be employees of the PCC and their employment and general details about the job description and payment should be agreed at a PCC meeting. The PCC, as trustees, have a legal responsibility to ensure that employment and other related laws are being adhered to.

Details about the number of employees and levels of remuneration will need to be included in the Annual Report and Accounts.
