The Families Pastor will have primary responsibility to develop, grow and oversee the SGTM Children and Youth ministry at pre-school, primary and secondary ages.
This role will require a flexible, hands-on attitude to work, with a willingness to assist the other staff and lay members when needs present themselves. You will also need to be able to encourage, develop and manage volunteers to serve on the family team.
