• Is a collaborative team player who can nurture and affirm the contributions of others, especially lay people.
• Has a gift for preaching and teaching
• Works with us to encourage children and young people to be active in all areas of church life
• Is approachable and inclusive, with an ability to talk to people of all ages and backgrounds
• Is caring and compassionate, especially to those who feel undervalued or in need
• Is committed to being strongly involved in outreach and mission to the community
• Is committed to working with us to explore options for reaching out to the new community on Old Oak Common
• Will lead the church in continued growth both spiritually and numerically
• Is well organised and a good administrator

The Diocese of London is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce which represents our context and wider community. We are aware that those of Global Majority Heritage/United Kingdom Minority Ethnic (GMH/UKME), women, and disabled people are currently under-represented among our clergy and workforce, and we particularly encourage applications from those with the relevant skills and experience that will increase this representation.
