Christian Hospital Chaplain (Band 6) at Barts Health NHS Trust, based at the Royal London Hospital
We are looking for an enthusiastic, and experienced Christian minister committed to working within a multi-faith chaplaincy team, to provide high quality Spiritual and Religious Care to patients, visitors and staff. The post holder must be an ordained priest in the Church of England and be licensed by the Bishop of London or have an equivalent authorisation from their own denomination. The post holder must be an accredited member of UKBHC or be eligible for membership.

You will need strong personal and compassionate qualities, as well as considerable organisational skills and initiative for this role.
You must be willing and able to build good working relationships both within the team and beyond, particularly with people who require sensitivity and empathy. In addition you should have good interpersonal and communication skills and be a proven team worker.
Previous experience of working in a hospital/hospice chaplaincy environment is desirable.
The post holder will be required to mainly work at the Royal London Hospital, but occasionally across Barts Health Trust hospitals, as and when required. You will be part of the 24 hour on-call rota.
