We are an Anglican Church in West London, with both traditional and contemporary worship services on Sundays. Our mission is to bring healing to our world by making disciples of Jesus Christ.

We are looking to appoint a Worship Leader who will help us grow the 11am contemporary worship service. We are hoping to find someone who will be enthusiastic and energetic and capable of building and inspiring a team. It is an occupational requirement that the post holder is of the Christian religion.

The whole church will be supporting the Worship Leader in his or her ministry.

Job Description:
• Preparing and leading contemporary worship at our 11am Sunday service on piano or guitar and occasionally at other combined or special services
• Building a band for this service
• Leading band practices
• Attending weekly staff meetings
• Relationship building with congregation

The post-holder will need an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Hours: We are expecting to appoint someone to work 10-16 hours per week, but are flexible for these hours to be extended if a candidate can help us in other aspects of our ministry and mission. Start date: to be agreed.

Salary: Pro rata annualised salary £25-35,000 depending on experience.
