Grace Church Highlands is a growing conservative evangelical North London church focussed on knowing and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in the Highlands Village area and beyond. We are excited to be appointing a new Minister, a man who will lead us in mission, teaching, pastoral care and will continue the tradition of expository teaching.

We are therefore looking for a minister
who has substantial ministry experience and, given the pioneering nature of Grace Church, we are open to applicants not yet ordained or yet to complete IME 4-7.
who is an enthusiastic preacher who understands the challenges of people’s lives and will teach God’s word in an accessible and relevant way;
who has been gifted with strong and engaging interpersonal skills and can easily form supportive relationships with people of all backgrounds and ages, both within the church and the wider community;
who can encourage and work effectively with children of all ages;
who is an inspiring and energetic figurehead who empowers others to develop their talents in gospel service;
who shows creativity, courage and passion in reaching out to the local community of Highlands Village;
who is compassionate, gentle, humble and a good listener who is pastorally sensitive to the needs of those in his care;
who is an effective evangelist;
who is committed to training placement students and any potential future members of staff;
who would encourage the ministries of both men and women in the church to teach, lead and preach.
