Our Reception Centre Assistant is the professional and friendly ‘first point of contact’ for all visitors to St Pauls church and Centre. Managing all Centre events/meeting bookings from initial contact to invoicing, efficiently resolving any queries. Proactively liaising with internal teams to ensure clarity on client requirements and to facilitate a positive client experience. To interact with third parties, the wider community and various business organisations, hirers, suppliers and caterers. To utilise online systems and messaging to record meeting/event requirements and ensure accurate and appropriate information for events, invoicing, contacts, logistics etc. adhering to the process guidelines and data protection etc. requirements.
