St Paul’s Hammersmith is a vibrant urban church planted from Holy Trinity Brompton and based in the centre of the dynamic and diverse London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Welcome and hospitality are key to our values as a Church and we are now looking for a Hospitality and Events coordinator who has a passion for people, with natural administration and organisational abilities. The successful candidate will be a hands-on team player who is comfortable working within a Church operational setting dealing with competing priorities. Experience in event coordination, strong Interpersonal and IT skills are a must, with a heart to serve with passion and energy, a deep commitment to the Word and a relationship with Jesus.

Reporting through to the Head of Parish Life, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of Sundays, Church events and courses such as Alpha and Discipleship. Having a natural passion for Welcome and Hospitality, you will be confident to coordinate the Welcome teams ensuring that the welcome and hospitality that we offer all our congregation and visitors to the Church reflects our Vision, mission and values. You will be responsible for ensuring that our database and relationship management systems are kept up to date with any new information, enabling the various ministries to function within the Church.

You will be a high capacity worker, with experience in coordinating events through strong organisational skills and time management skills ensuring efficiency and effectiveness whilst being sensitive to the confidentiality of working within a ministry setting. Flexible working is a must as some evenings and Sundays will be required.
