Andrew Selous MP and the Christians in Parliament APPG are delighted to invite all clergy in the Diocese to the 2022 National Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast, which is being held on Tuesday 5 July from 7:30am to 9:00am in Westminster Hall in the Houses of Parliament.
The Breakfast is a great opportunity to pray for our parliament, government and politics, to build your relationship with your MP and to reflect upon the relevance of the Christian faith to our public life. The theme this year is ‘Serving the Common Good’ and the main speaker will be Revd Les Isaac OBE, founder of Streeter Pastors and President of Ascension Trust. For more information on the programme, please visit the NPPB website.
A central aim of the event is for MPs and church leaders to attend together. Please invite your local MP to attend the breakfast with you. Due to high demand for spaces, we regret that at this stage, you can only buy a ticket if your MP confirms that they will attend with you (a max of 5 clergy per MP). If you are awaiting a response from your MP, please visit the booking page to be added to the waiting list and the Christians in Parliament team will follow up with the MP on your behalf.
To book, please visit christiansinparliament.org.uk/chl22/ and use the access code CHL22. Please note that this link is for church leaders only. Tickets cost £50. If financial cost is a barrier, please contact email@example.com as there are a limited number of bursaries available
