Church maintenance made easy

It’s now easier for churches and chapels in London to carry out expert conservation and repair work thanks to an expansion of MaintenanceBooker.

Supported by the National Churches Trust and launched in 2018, MaintenanceBooker is a service to help keep churches in good repair. They can help with:

  • gutter clearance and repairs
  • lightning protection inspection
  • tree surveys and maintenance
  • asbestos surveys and removal

And they have just added:

  • conservation and repair work to stonework and masonry
  • lime Mortar repointing service

View the full list of services on their website.

Every company registered on MaintenanceBooker is vetted to ensure it has the appropriate qualifications; critical for all church repairs. The website also helps churches keep track of any works undertaken.
The contractors complete detailed reports that stay on the MaintenanceBooker system, allowing churchwardens and building managers to easily find out what has been done to keep their churches open and secure.

It’s simple to use:

Step 1 Register and submit a quote request for the service that you want
Step 2 Receive and review your quotes
Step 3 Book job and finalise details with supplier
Step 4 Review and pay supplier
