Suggestions of reliable contractors are always welcome and so are comments on standards of workmanship and the general attitude of contractors. As payment is made directly from the office, it is essential that any problems are notified to staff as soon as they become apparent.
It is not possible for the staff personally to inspect all works and they rely on occupiers to notify them of their concern or satisfaction with the works undertaken.
To that end, at the completion of Quinquennial, Ingoing or Improvement works,
occupiers are asked to complete a simple 'Customer satisfaction' questionnaire,
so that standards can be monitored.
