There may be situations where it is desirable to elect someone to a PCC who
is not a member of the Church of England or of a Church of the Anglican Communion.
The person must be baptised, a communicant member of a Church which believes
in the Holy Trinity, and in good standing with that church. They must be 17
years of age or above and a regular communicant at the Parish Church. Not more
than one third of the elected members of a PCC may be non-Anglicans.
