Any parish that wishes to become a LEP should, in the first instance, contact the Ecumenical Officer or Adviser of the Episcopal Area concerned.
LEPs draw their authority from the regional sponsoring body, composed of the leaders of the Churches involved. In the case of the Church of England, this must include the Bishop.
