Note: Church planting was discussed by the Diocesan Synod in November 2007. In the light of that discussion, the Diocese's church planting guidelines are to be reviewed. The revision will take into account the wider possibilities under the new Pastoral Measure. We expect to publish the new guidelines in the Autumn of 2008.
