These Regulations are issued with the authority of the Bishop of London. They have been drawn up in consultation with the Area Bishops and the Diocesan Registrar of the Diocese of London. They are intended to supplement and interpret the Canons of the Church of England for local use by the clergy and lay officers of the Diocese of London.
