Mgr Leonard died on 6 January. His funeral will take place at the Oxford Oratory on 21 January at 11.30am. The Bishop of London issued a statement in response to the news of the death.
"As Bishop of Willesden and then after a spell in Cornwall, as Bishop of London for ten years, Graham Leonard served the Diocese with faithfulness and a particular care for its large number of Church Schools.
"He will be mourned by his many friends and colleagues and our hearts go out in sympathy to Priscilla who played such a significant part in Bishop Graham's London ministry".
The Bishop of Edmonton will be representing the Diocese of London at Mgr Leonard's funeral.
A Requiem is taking place at St Gabriel's Pimlico on Wednesday 20 January at 7pm, at which Canon Jeremy Haselock will preach. Canon David Skeoch, who was Mgr Leonard's chaplain, will preside.
A Memorial Requiem will also be held at Westminster Cathedral on 16 February 2010 at 2pm.
