We are committed over the course of 2008 to pray for a different street in our parish every week covering the whole parish over the course of a year. The week that we are due to pray for a particular street all the residents in that street will receive a simple card through the door telling them that we will be praying for them at St. Luke's that Sunday. The card also explains that if they would like to send in any specific prayer requests they are very welcome to do that. They can also request someone to come and pray with them or visit them in their home.
