St Philip’s Church Earls Court Road wishes to engage a self-employed facilities coordinator to administer the letting of our halls and manage the building, to start as soon as possible. Services to be provided include:
Promoting the facilities
Managing the clients
Managing the building
Fees are proposed to be £220 per week and it is expected that the task will take an average of 22 person hours a week to perform.
The provider should be able to demonstrate good communication, computer and administrative skills. It would be beneficial but not essential for the provider to have experience of similar work and to live or be based close to the church.
