This newly-established role will report to the Vicar and take management responsibility for all support service activities in this busy church. Working alongside the various Heads of Ministry, the Head of Ministry Support will have direct line responsibility for finance and budgeting, buildings management, communication and publicity, IT and systems, with the overarching objective of ensuring that the Gospel ministry is enabled and adequately supported. We are looking for:
Strong demonstrable skills, particularly in finance management
Team-player, as evidenced in presvious assignments
A record of successful people-management in a multi-departmental environment.
