We aim to work in partnership with young people to enable their personal development and to work towards transforming the community we share into a place full of opportunities and stories of success. We’ve been doing this for 15 years.

You will be working in a small staff team and with a team of volunteers, leading aspects of the project yourself and taking particular responsibility for work with young women.

Ideally, you will also have experience of youth work in an urban context and a formal qualification in youth work.
