ASSOCIATE VICAR

We are looking for a colleague to have primary responsibility for the church and congregation of All Saints. The person appointed will work within the present team (Vicar, one self supporting minister and two Readers) in a ministry which is shared with our sister parish of
St Martin’s Church, West Acton.

1) Forward looking parish seeks dynamic leadership to:
Grow our discipleship
Develop young families
Lead mission and outreach
2) Stress on evangelism and growth with anticipated initiatives for large un-churched area of parish
3) Planned structural development of church and Parish Hall to meet future needs
4) Parish Eucharist, Family and Informal Services
5) Weekday Eucharistic Services
6) Strong growth amongst young families and Junior Church ministry including weekday services
7) Emphasis on Lay Ministry
8) Valued preaching and musical traditions
