Salary: 21k to 23k (pro rata 21 hrs)

We are looking for a youth & community worker to work with two clergy to strengthen the clergy and congregations in their work with young people and families in their central London parishes. The post involves building on the work with young people and families in the three small urban parishes. There is a degree of flexibility for the hours to be negotiated.

We are looking for someone with:
• a lively contagious Christian faith
• a passion to see young people come to and grow in faith
• a desire to work as part of a team
• a willingness to learn and try new things
• good & varied youth work experience ( outreach or detached work desirable)
• an enthusiasm to relate to unchurched young people
• the ability to organise your time to achieve agreed goals.
• a youth work qualification or equivalent is desirable or suitable experience

Salary between 21k & 23k (pro rata) depending on experience and qualifications.
