A Support Officer for Strategic Development is required to facilitate the Christian mission of the Diocese of London through appropriate response to and involvement in urban regeneration projects.

The Diocese of London is taking a proactive approach to the significant change planned for London over the coming years. Regeneration and development of areas such as Brent Cross/Cricklewood, Thames Gateway, Lee Valley and the King Cross development amongst many are fundamentally changing the shape and nature of London. The Church must have a presence in these and other regeneration opportunities and is currently working with internal and external systems and partners to analyse and then deliver the most appropriate response. A Support Officer is required to work to the Head of Strategic Development to maintain the leading development information system, administer the pastoral functions of the Diocese, and work on specific project delivery tasks

A person with experience of working in regeneration and development, with excellent presentation skills and administrative experience is required to support the implementation of the new Strategic Development Strategy.
